The number of system sales announcements for telecoms IT (BSS/OSS) solutions dropped markedly in 2006, according to a new report, Billing and OSS Trends: the transition to telecoms IT, published by Analysys, the global advisers on telecoms, IT and media (http://research.analysys.com).
