Orga Systems Presents New Telesperience Research Paper
Nine out of ten CSPs see real-time business processes as key to maximising revenue, according to a research paper by UK-based analyst house Telesperience and real-time charging and billing experts, Orga Systems. The revenue maximisation paper also uncovered research that only 8% of CSPs felt they had the necessary tools to deliver a 360° real-time view of their customers to generate better cash flows.
