Effective September 8th, 2014 Roland Kirch (42) has been appointed as new Chief Financial Officer of Orga Systems GmbH, Germany, a software systems vendor with an international customer base in telecommunications. In this position, Roland Kirch succeeds Johannes Nussbickel who decided to leave the company for personal reasons after having managed the finance and administration functions of the company over the past three years.

Roland Kirch is an experienced finance executive. He was for many years in various management positions at the logistics company Hapag-Lloyd AG and was responsible for, inter alia, as Chief Financial Officer, Group Finance and IT. Furthermore, he is bringing long-term experiences in Corporate Finance and worked for Ernst & Young as well as BDO Deutsche Warentreuhand AG.
