Richard Hubble has been named Vice President and Managing Director of the EMEA and APAC regions at Sigma Systems. Mr. Hubble will assume a leadership position and be responsible for all Sigma Systems’ sales, account management, partners and alliances, and regional delivery departments of Sigma Systems.

Richard has held many international sales, strategic marketing, business development and general management roles within the BSS and OSS segments of the global telecommunications industry. He joins Sigma from Hewlett-Packard, where he focused on tier one communications service providers, broadcasters and utility companies across EMEA. Prior to HP, Richard was VP Sales EMEA for the OSS Division of Amdocs, where he drove the OSS Division’s business expansion across EMEA following their acquisition of Cramer.

This announcement is the latest in Sigma’s long term strategy to enhance its resources to serve its growing roster of telecommunications and cable customers worldwide. The company has increased its sales and support teams across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and expanded its solutions centres in Toronto and Pune.
