Transparent Technologies, Inc. (TTi), a leading provider of operational support services, has signed an agreement with the Weather Channel Interactive, Inc. (TWCi) to provide monitoring and operational support services for weather.com.
TTi’s operational support includes a variety of services for monitoring and supporting TWCi’s operations including 7X24 technical support of the weather.com website and for subscription services (such as weather.com Gold & Platinum, DeskTop Max, Notify! and its new website for vacation rentals forGetaway.com. TTi also provides blog monitoring for TWCi’s new Climate website, One Degree.
TTi is a long time support provider for TWCi’s parent company, The Weather Channel, and the success of these operations led to choosing TTi for their own operational services support. Dan Agronow, CTO of TWCi, saw that the ability to outsource these operational support services would free up time and effort of his teams to further enhance their products.
According to Agronow, “TTi has a reputation of constantly meeting and exceeding expectations with their customers. By deciding to partner with them for our needs, we knew that not only would they add value to us by delivering the services we need, but would also provide their own unique technical expertise to better monitor our infrastructure.”
TTi believes that simply delivering on your obligations to customers is strongly overlooked in today’s business environment. “We are a company built on non-stop customer service and by staying true to these values, we continue to thrive with partners such as TWCi,” adds Thomas Hudgens, Business Development Manager at TTi.
