LHS has announced that StarHub, Singaporeâ€™s second largest info-communications company, has gone live with BSCS iX from LHS, a billing and customer care system to support StarHubâ€™s range of information, communications and entertainment services. The system has been successfully implemented in collaboration with Accenture, one of LHSâ€™ partners for system integration.
StarHub is the only operator in Singapore to deliver a complete range of communication and entertainment services over fixed, cable, mobile and Internet platforms. It is the exclusive provider of i-mode mobile Internet services in Singapore , which it provides over its 2.5G and 3G networks.
The additional flexibility that BSCS iX provides will allow StarHub to constantly launch new world-class services with innovative and useful features.
