10:34 am   -   January 8th, 2008

Ariston Global, L.L.C., which focuses on the acquisition and growth of communication solution providers, has completed the purchase of the assets of privately-held The Interactive Enterprise Ltd., an innovator in providing service activation and provisioning solutions for broadband operators.

The addition of Interactive Enterprise further strengthens the growing portfolio of Ariston Global companies, which addresses such solution segments as revenue and margin management, service delivery, application management, monitoring and assurance as well as related customer experience models - each with an orientation toward meeting next generation network challenges faced by telecom providers globally.

Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Interactive Enterprise will continue to market and deploy its popular Conexon service management suite. This open architecture solution encompasses a core high-performance provisioning engine and a set of customer management elements that can be combined to create a customized solution to meet the individual business and technical needs of broadband operators. The product suite allows for rapid activation of services across an operator’s customer base helping maximize revenue generation and market share.

As a result of this purchase, Interactive Enterprise will gain access to greater market reach, extended product development resources and additional means for ensuring its current high level of customer satisfaction and product quality.

Acquisition Adds Another Powerful Tool to Ariston’s Global Solution Set
“This is an extremely well-suited acquisition for Ariston Global,” said Steve Dubnik, of Ariston Global. “Interactive Enterprise brings into our solutions portfolio a highly flexible and advanced approach that currently allows cable and satellite operators to quickly deploy voice, video, data and other services to their subscribers. It perfectly advances our vision to build a progressive organization that provides a comprehensive suite of advanced enabling tools, services and solutions to communications service providers worldwide.”

As a European headquartered business with offices in the Asia Pacific region, Interactive Enterprise provides Ariston Global with a much-desired stronghold from which to build its growing worldwide services.

“Our goal is to deliver a comprehensive and complementary solution suite to communication service providers throughout the world,” added Kevin Dickens, of Ariston Global. “Interactive Enterprise will be a critical component within that set.”

“We’re delighted to be part of the Ariston Global portfolio,” noted Paul McBride,
CEO of Interactive Enterprise. “Our consistent growth, both in new customers and our selection of solutions, has taken us to the very threshold of market leadership. Now, as part of the Ariston Global group of solution providers, we will continue our expansion within the activation and provisioning space. Broadband service providers throughout the globe can continue to count on our solutions for achieving profitable growth through advanced activation and delivery of multi-play traditional and IP services.”
