Wisor Telecom Corporation Launches Outsourced Provisioning Capabilities to Carriers

Posted on January 18, 2006 Written by oss

Wisor Telecom Corporation, a leading OSS solutions vendor, announced expanded availability of its industry leading OSS solutions for retail and wholesale Voice over IP, number portability order and access circuit management available to carriers who are not existing Wisor customers. Wisor offers carriers proven provisioning support for all aspects of an order process from order entry to resolving fallout with partners.

By utilizing Wisor’s fully integrated number portability, LSR and ASR solutions and ancillary support functions, carriers can broaden and improve their product offerings by processing domestic local number portability orders and provisioning access service ordering for both domestic and international accounts. The Wisor solution provides automated support of NPAC, e911, CNAM and directory listing updates. Wisor also offers a pre-port automated validation tool, providing automated real-time validation and screening of portability orders. The system is easy to implement, and delivers real-time reporting on order status.

“Our history with existing customers has shown us how utilizing Wisor’s superior software and support services can help a client improve their internal process flow and realize real, near-term operation cost reductions,” said Mark Mendes, Chief Executive Officer, Wisor. “The changing market landscape has created an array of technological, regulatory and competitive challenges, and Wisor’s newest solutions alleviate those pressures. Wisor enables carriers to meet expectations for faster delivery-while driving down costs.”

Wisor’s software solutions offer automation, accuracy, and accelerated flow-through and time-to-revenue. Wisor also offers comprehensive Service Level Agreements and a money back guarantee for new clients. Based on the company’s strong experience working with incumbent carriers such as the Regional Bell Operating Companies (RBOCs) and its proven carrier-grade OSS technology for automation capabilities, Wisor combines the systems, expertise and personnel to reduce costs and improve performance.
