Subex Azure Ltd, the world’s largest vendor of revenue maximization solutions for telecom operators, has signed an agreement with a leading mobile operator in the Middle East to implement a revenue assurance (RA) and telecom fraud management system. The operator has 2.3 million customers and had previously managed RA and fraud in-house. However, with rapid growth and the delivery of new products and services, it wanted scalable and effective external systems to ensure it was maximizing its revenues.

Subex Azure was chosen after a competitive tender, as it was able to offer both RA and fraud management, and due to its presence and understanding of the region through working with its local partner Mideast Data Systems (MDS).

The Subex Azure Revenue Assurance Solution (SARAS) is a complete RA solution, designed to tackle critical revenue-assurance challenges across the entire revenue chain. SARAS offers pre-configured solution templates that address RA issues across areas such as service fulfillment, usage integrity, retail billing, interconnect/wholesale billing and content settlement.
