Subex Azure Ltd, a leading vendor of revenue maximization solutions for telecom operators, has appointed Ms. Sudha Madhavan as Chief Financial Officer. Sudha is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant,Company Secretary, and a Bachelor of Law. She has over 18 years of experience in Finance and Business Development and has been part of senior management teams of leading businesses for almost 10 years.

Prior to joining Subex Azure, Sudha was with IBM India where she worked for over 7 years. Prior to IBM she has been professionally associated, among others, with Aztec Software and ITW Signode. She has deep expertise in the areas of Global Tax, M&A, Transfer Pricing and Corporate Secretarial functions.
