Orange Cameroon Addresses QoS of its Most Valuable Customers with the Astellia Monitoring Solution

Orange Cameroon has taken the benefits of the Astellia solution for many years to monitor the Quality of Service of its GSM and GPRS network. One of the leading operators in the challenging Cameroon’s market is Orange.

Ocean probes and the Cigale application suite used as the base by Orange to monitor and optimize its GSM and GPRS Quality of Service for both the BSS and the NSS part of the network.

In parallel, Orange focuses on the roaming activity to increase roamers’ retainability and revenue. Daily KPIs and statistics on the network performance for roaming activity are analyzed using Astellia roaming solution.

A new step forward has been made by Orange Cameroon with the implementation of the Service Level Management (SLM) application from Astellia. SLM will allow Orange Cameroon to specifically follow up the Quality of Service delivered to its most important subscribers: VIP, Corporate Accounts, High Value Customers, etc.
