Open Systems Corp Releases SmartFlex Generation 7

Open Systems Corp, leader in the development and implementation of BOSS solutions (Business and Operations Support Systems) for companies servicing the telecommunications and public utilities markets, released the seventh generation of its SmartFlex solution which provides support to important companies of central and South America such as EPM, Cablevisión, Grupo Claro and Telsur-Chile.

SmartFlex Generation 7 has been enhanced with new functionalities such as access via web APP’s, easier to use configurators, development frameworks, geographical cartridge to deploy maps associated to the company’s information and a redefinition of the customer management scheme which will allow Telecommunications and Public Services operators to develop commercial and operational activities in a flexible, agile and efficient manner, improving response time and service quality.

SmartFlex Generation 7 incorporates a new and light architecture thus becoming an efficient tool for the optimization of processes and decision making of the companies’ strategic leaders which will result in direct benefits such as:

— Ease of access to the system from remote locations, solving software distribution and updating problems of corporate environments through the use of light APPs, visually and functionality enhanced, allowing access to SmartFlex from any network station, and from internet, in a safe and reliable manner.

— A visual and functional view of the entire system on maps from different sources, including maps from worldwide cartography leaders.

–Reduction of Time-to-Market through new marketing campaigns and contracts and projects’ management, allowing for an efficient and agile introduction of new products to the market.

— Improved efficiency in all operative and field work processes, allowing to schedule appointments and meetings for a predetermined hour, to-the-hour, accordingly with customer segmentation, prioritizing support to N-Play service.

Open also has, at the present day, a new functionality centered in mobility which allows for the download of SmartFlex to mobile devices, a tool that provide end users to with access to all services in-line, accordingly with customer demand and the existing level of competition.

Through its new Generation 7 version of SmartFlex Open aims to continue to be top-of-mind in those Latin America’s Telecommunications and Public Services operators that intend to continue to grow in their markets and require a world class solution, agile and flexible such as our Generation 7 to allow them to improve their productivity and service quality.
