New Name Better Reflects Company’s Focus on Communications Asset Management

Digital Fairway will be changing its name to Commsolv Corporation, as announced by Dennis dos Santos, Chief Executive Officer, Commsolv Corporation. The company’s focus, which is delivering software solutions that help enterprises and service providers address the challenges of better managing their communication infrastructures, is more accurately reflected by the new name. The company’s on-demand Software as a Service (SaaS) application delivery model is also more appropriately reflected by the new name. SaaS makes it easy for all customers to access the application over the Internet.

The firm’s customers are empowered to proactively manage their complex communications circuit and equipment assets. At the same time, enabling them to make more effective use of both existing and next generation communications resources with a limited staff and budget.

“Our new company name and identity reflects the future of our business. Enterprises especially are more concerned than ever about telecom cost containment and our tried and tested solution delivers unprecedented cost savings to our client’s businesses,” said Mr. dos Santos. “We look forward to continue playing a key role in Fortune 2000 companies looking for ways to modernize their communications management processes.”

Commsolv delivers significant benefits to the enterprise by:

*** Eliminating technical and budgetary barriers to communications success.
Communications managers are being challenged to support business critical communications services with limited resources. Commsolv allows them to free up budgets from underutilized assets and cost ineffective contracts, distribute work more productively among their teams and manage processes more efficiently with purpose-built tools.

*** Enabling projects with the latest communications technologies.
The demand for increasingly sophisticated communications technologies out paces the tracking abilities of most in-house management tools. Commsolv is continually updated with support for the latest communications products to future-proof its clients’ services.

*** Auditing and reporting on communications assets and processes.
Communications teams face increased demands driven by reporting requirements from multiple departments throughout the organization. Standards such as ITIL, regulatory requirements like Sarbanes-Oxley and internal financial oversight as well as KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tracking, increase the need for visibility and standardization of communications management practices. Commsolv supports teams in standardizing their management processes, analyzing their performance and providing detailed asset reporting for the organization.

“Our advanced telecommunications asset management platform delivers automation for the entire communications lifecycle, including sourcing, procurement, auditing, provisioning and inventory management,” added Mr. dos Santos. “Our solutions are built on proven, best of breed Web 2.0 technologies to optimize all essential voice and data communications, and incorporate powerful workflow functionality that streamlines and automates key asset management tasks. Our unparalleled understanding of our customers’ communications infrastructure, future needs, and financial investment imperatives helps us to deliver tremendous cost savings and operational efficiencies to them.”

With a scalable pricing model starting at less than $2000 per month for a single user license, Commsolv has made best of breed Communications Asset Management available to companies of all sizes.
