VOSS Solutions has announced that FlexITy has become the latest customer to take VOSS-4-UC, the world’s most advanced UC management platform

FlexITy has been working with VOSS since 2007, when the service provider originally selected the VOSS technology as part of its Cisco HCS platform, in the form of CUCDM. The two companies have worked closely and collaboratively since then.

Shared Multi-Tenancy Architecture
FlexITy wished to deploy a Cisco HCS shared architecture platform in order to create a UCaaS model and offer it to cover small-large enterprises. VOSS-4-UC enables FlexITy to deploy and manage a multi-tenant shared architecture in Cisco HCS, so the provider can create affordable and attractive UCaaS packages for the Canadian market.

Northbound Integration
VOSS-4-UC provides seamless integration into billing, asset management and other northbound service management systems.
