cVidya is partnering with Neustar to provide SaaS based Analytics Solutions to its North American customers. The new offerings include modular SaaS components that can be deployed in phases, thus allowing CSPs to utilize cVidya’s services on what is in effect a Pay-As-You-Go basis as they achieve the expected ROI – all without the costs of a large Revenue Intelligence department.
The cVidya – Neustar partnership allows CSPs – including cable and MSOs, mobile, fixed, as well as international carriers and Over-the-Top providers – to obtain state-of-the-art revenue intelligence and marketing analytics solutions which help them understand and connect with their best customers. The solution identifies trends across customer accounts to help CSPs provide a better customer experience, manage account risk, retain current customers and deliver relevant offers and new services to prospective customers by proactively pinpointing inaccuracies and behavior patterns in usage and billing data. The enhanced delivery model will allow cVidya to expand its market share and support its offering through Neustar’s leadership position in North America.
