Bill Perfect Inc. has hired Julie Desrats as Director of Operations. Based in New York, Ms. Desrats reports to Bill Perfect’s COO, Todd Knower, and is a member of the firm’s leadership team.

With nearly two decades of telecom experience, Julie brings a wealth of relevant and valuable business insight with her and we are delighted to welcome her to Bill Perfect,” said Todd Knower. “In this new role, Julie will lead a major and rapid transformation of Bill Perfect into a much more customer-centric organization, working closely with the firm’s senior management and engineering teams.”

Prior to joining Bill Perfect, Ms. Desrats has had roles in customer implementation, customer support, and internal system development. She recently served as Director of MIS for a large publicly traded telecom where she oversaw the implementation, maintenance and support of the organizations information systems.

Julie has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from Mount Saint Mary College and an MBA from Marist College. For the past 16 years she has volunteered as an EMT for a nonprofit public service organization that provides emergency medical services to the community. She currently serve as the organization’s President and Trustee.
