Syndesis to and Toyo Join Forces to Offer Breakthrough Service Delivery Management Solutions

September 7, 2005, Tokyo, Japan - Syndesis, the worldwide leader in network-aware service delivery management solutions, is proud to unveil a solution partnership with Toyo Corporation at the TeleManagement World conference in Tokyo, Japan. Toyo is a leader in next generation technologies and the implementation of next generation OSS, and its ITC division has been providing and supporting OSS and network solutions to major Japanese communication service providers (CSPs) for over 20 years.

As part of its recently announced growth strategy, Syndesis will work closely with Toyo on several initiatives in the Japanese telecom industry, including the development of strategic partnerships with the country’s largest network element vendors. Together, Syndesis and Toyo will deliver network-aware service delivery management solutions that will help CSPs to achieve efficiencies such as first-time-right fulfillment, continuous inventory accuracy, less revenue leakage and the ability to optimize network deployment.

At the TMW conference, Syndesis will also feature a centerpiece of its service delivery management offerings, a live demonstration of its NetProvision™ for IP-VPN software solution, which shields CSPs from network complexities and enables accurate, cost effective service delivery.

TeleManagement World Tokyo brings business and technical leaders together to discuss issues, challenges and solutions pertaining to the management of converging networks and services. The event takes place September 7 – 8, 2005 at Kokuyo Hall, Tokyo.
