VOSS Solutions, leading provider of Unified Communications (UC) service delivery and management software, recently announced that a large, US-based, Fortune 100 enterprise organization has selected VOSS 7.1 for unified communications management.
Due to increasing complexity and budget constraints, the enterprise organization was challenged internally to find a new systematic approach to their UC management and delivery. They sought a solution that would allow their staff to leverage internal IT teams and other personnel resources across the organization. Their focus was on improving the speed of delivering new applications and services, as well as creating an architecture that would allow a tightly controlled and delegated administration portal to various groups of employees in multiple locations.
