Vodafone Chooses Amdocs Operational Support Systems
Multi-phase, multi-year project to be deployed in strategic European locations; Amdocs OSS to serve as a key component in Vodafone’s future network management capability
Amdocs today announced that Vodafone selected Amdocs Operational Support Systems (OSS) fulfillment products for deployment in key European locations. Amdocs will play a major role in supporting Vodafone’s Internet Protocol / Multi-Protocol data switching (IP/MPLS) network deployment across Europe. The agreement expands Amdocs’ long standing relationship with Vodafone.
As a preferred supplier of OSS systems, this project also signifies a change in commercial relationship and it is now being channeled through the recently established Vodafone Procurement Company SARL., adding further efficiencies to both companies’ operations.
