TM Forum and CEVEYSYSTEMS Partner on Sales Performance Benchmarking
TM Forum, the world’s premier industry group focused on improving business effectiveness for the communications and media sectors, has told OSS News Review that its Business Benchmarking program has joined forces with CEVEYSYSTEMS to provide TM Forum members the opportunity to benchmark their sales organizations.
CEVEYSYSTEMS’ International Sales Performance Index benchmarking measures and analyzes major areas that influence the success of a sales team, such as organizational fitness, sales process, and motivational and leadership issues.
CEVEYSYSTEMS’ International Sales Performance Index is a fee-based benchmarking study designed for Software and Hardware Suppliers as well as Service Providers whose sales teams have 13 – 1,000 people. Participating companies receive a detailed management report and an expert appraisal including specific recommendations for improvement.
The sales performance benchmarking data entry period is open September 1st through October 30th. A webinar that provides background information will be held on September 1, 2009. Results will be available in December 2009.
