TeleSpace Enlists VOSS to Support Launch of New Cloud Service

8:31 am   -   December 11th, 2012

VOSS Solutions, a company that enables customers to profit from cloud-based enterprise communications by simplifying the design, delivery and management of collaboration services, has announced that TeleSpace has selected VOSS to build, deploy and roll out its new cloud-based service.

TeleSpace (www.telespace.com) was launched in 2012, offering a revolutionary subscription-based cloud services model for video-enabled business communications and collaboration. The TeleSpace Vio Service is built on the foundation of Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS), and allows employees to share “whatever they want, wherever they want, with whomever they want”, on their preferred device.

TeleSpace approached VOSS Solutions to support them in their goal of getting the Cisco HCS environment into production as quickly as possible, in order to go live with their Vio Service. A small team of VOSS specialists were enlisted to design and build the cloud-based platform, which included dial plan integration, on-boarding of UC services, and NRFU (network ready for use) testing. VOSS also provided post-deployment support to TeleSpace, to roll out services to their first customers, and on-board end user devices to the platform, ensuring that migration processes were fully automated and error-free.

The first TeleSpace client went live just 45 days after purchasing Cisco HCS.
Patrick Bowler, CEO at TeleSpace commented; “The VOSS team’s expertise, coupled with the VOSS technology’s advanced automation, has allowed TeleSpace to bring Vio to market in record time.”
Rob Moore, VP Global Services at VOSS Solutions, added; “We are delighted to be able to help TeleSpace launch the Vio service. Increasingly we are seeing customers approach VOSS to assist in getting their UC environments operational and profitable.”

VOSS provides a world class fulfillment platform for service providers and large enterprises to successfully deliver collaboration services in the public and private cloud. VOSS enables customers to activate and manage enterprise collaboration services in real time through secure, role based portals. In this way, VOSS empowers organizations to profit from cloud-based enterprise communications, by simplifying its design, delivery and management.

Deployed by more Tier-1 service providers than any other UC management system, VOSS provides UC&C service fulfillment across multiple networks (fixed and wireless), and supports multi-device users (desk/soft/smart phones, tablets), as well as “bring-your-own” models.

Based in Richardson in Texas, Reading in the UK, and Cape Town in South Africa, VOSS is funded by Intel Capital, Eden Ventures and XAnge Private Equity. Our solutions have been deployed by prominent companies across the world.
