Telekom Srpske Orders ECtel’s Fraud Management Solution

A first time order for ECtel’s fraud detection and prevention solution, FraudView(tm) was placed by Telekom Srpske, a leading operator based in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. With this order, ECtel’s Position in Eastern Europe is strengthened. This tender was obtained with the cooperation with Saga, a leading System Integrator representing ECtel in the region.

Telecom Srpske, one of the largest communications providers listed on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange, (BLSE: TLKM-R-A) will use ECtel’s FraudView to detect, and ultimately prevent, different types of fraud and patterns of unusual behavior, allowing Telekom Srpske to defend itself against losses and maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
