Telekom Slovenije Implements Subex’s ROC

8:34 am   -   December 1st, 2009

Subex Limited, a leading global provider of Operations and Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS), recently announced that it has successfully completed the implementation of its Revenue Operations Centre (ROC) for Fraud Management (Nikira™ V6.1 solution) and Revenue Assurance (Moneta™ V2.6 solution) at Telekom Slovenije, Slovenia’s leading telecom operator.

As a result of the implementation, Telekom Slovenije (TS) has effectively and efficiently controlled revenue generating systems and processes, and reduced the occurrence of various types of internal and external fraud. This has helped TS enjoy significant financial benefits through increased revenue and reduced losses.

With the implementation of the Nikira and Moneta solutions, TS is now running its operations on the ROC, a strategic platform that covers revenue assurance and fraud management requirements of the operator. Nikira is helping TS with fraud prevention by eliminating known frauds, reducing free run time, augmenting internal controls and through continuous fraud management process improvement. Moneta in turn is improving the health and vitality of TS’s revenue chain by providing unprecedented automated correction capabilities to improve bottom-line results and provide a quick return-on-investment.
