Telecom Italia Sparkle Deploys Syndesis for Next Generation Service Offerings
Syndesis, the worldwide leader in Convergent Service Delivery Management (CSDM) solutions, announced today that its industry-leading service fulfillment solutions have been chosen by Telecom Italia Sparkle (TI Sparkle) to support its next-generation service offerings after a competitive selection process.
A comprehensive Syndesis solution to deliver new services, including automated activation, provisioning, and discovery, is now in production across TI Sparkle’s international IP network. Network reconciliation of TI Sparkle’s inventory system will follow in the next phase of the multi-phase, multi-year license agreement, which is being implemented in conjunction with Datamat, a leading systems integrator.
