Surviving to Thriving at TM Forum’s Management World Americas 2009
TM Forum, the world’s premier industry group focused on business effectiveness for the communications and media sectors, has confirmed details of its tenth annual Management World Americas conference. The premier communications conference for the Americas will be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando, Florida from December 8 to 10, 2009. This year’s event focuses on making profitable, innovative new business models a reality, and on operational excellence as an enabler for long-term success.
With a theme of ‘Surviving to Thriving: New Business Models, New Services, New Profits’, the annual conference, now in its tenth year, includes an impressive group of keynote speakers, active roundtable debate, interactive presentations, case-studies and live demonstrations across four conference summits: New Services and Business Models, IT and Operational Excellence, Revenue Management and Billing, and Customer Experience.
