Subex launches enhanced version of Revenue Assurance solution
Subex Ltd., a leading global provider of Operations and Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS) for communications service providers (CSPs), has launched an upgraded version of its industry-leading Revenue Assurance solution, Moneta V 4.0, a key component of the ROC (Revenue Operations Center).
Subex’s Revenue Assurance (RA) solution tackles critical RA challenges across the entire revenue chain, helping service providers extract the maximum revenue from the services launched by exposing unbilled revenues that are hard to detect, and minimizing revenue leakage. This new version boasts the revolutionary DICE – Dynamic Intuitive Cube Engine feature, which equips analysts with superior data analysis capabilities, providing them with tools and techniques for faster root cause identification. This helps analysts increase productivity as they are able to ‘slice and dice data on the fly’, eliminating the need for IT configuration support. Moneta V 4.0 comes with a 100 percent web-based GUI, a first for the industry, which reduces the need for costly IT desktop support and provides an enhanced user experience. It also features significant improvements in case management capabilities, which enable customer-centric Revenue Assurance.
