Subex Ltd, a leading global provider of operations and business support systems (OSS/BSS), has recently released Rocware 2.0 for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) to assist them with revenue protection, cost management and assured operations. Rocware 2.0 is a key component of the ROC (Revenue Operations Center) – a concept the company pioneered almost three years ago.
