Subex Completes Merger of Azure Solutions

Subex Systems Limited, a Bangalore-headquartered telecom software product company and UK-headquartered Azure Solutions Limited today announced the completion of their previously announced merger. The new entity is called Subex Azure Limited and it enjoys a global leadership position in telecom fraud management and revenue assurance.
