RateIntegration Launches Loyalty Manager

9:02 am   -   August 13th, 2009

RateIntegration, Inc., a leading provider of customer loyalty management solutions for communications service providers worldwide, has recently announced the general availability of version 3.0 of its Loyalty Manager (RLM) software suite.

Since its initial launch, RLM has been the leading end-to-end software solution that delivers measurable improvements not just in churn and ARPU, but also in new subscriber adds and new revenues through partners. RLM offers complete flexibility in developing real-time, event-triggered promotions using a zero-code promotions configuration interface for any loyalty concept. Gartner’s recently published reports indicate that service providers are generating “10-15 times the response rates from real-time and event triggered marketing promotions as compared to mass marketed campaigns”.

Powered by RateIntegration’s long-established industry-leading rules engine PriceMaker, RLM is designed to process in real-time any event feeds—including raw network usage (xDRs), enriched or rated records as well as high level business events from customer care and partner systems.

RLM’s unique design ensures ready integration into an operator’s BSS framework such that real-time data capture is possible and that existing subscriber profiles can be used in RLM without data duplication. As a result, unlike traditional campaign management tools, RLM is an integrated online application that enables automated delivery of interactive, phased promotions messaging and rewards using existing BSS components and their diverse outbound marketing channels (SMS/MMS, USSD, call centers, CRM contact points, portals, billing, etc.).

RLM 3.0 is operational at a number of existing customer accounts. Please contact the company for detailed product and pricing information.
