Portal Software’s Dr. Graham Carey to Present at MMS Congress 2006

Dr. Graham Carey, director of product marketing, Portal Software, Inc., (Pink Sheets:PRSF) is a featured presenter at the MMS Congress 2006. His presentation, titled “Examining the Billing Requirements Needed to Support MMS,” will evaluate the impact of MMS on the billing system; discuss the specific challenges of billing for MMS; and detail ways to evolve the billing infrastructure in order to support complex charging models for MMS.
