ReachView Technologies, a leading provider of infrastructure and Service Assurance consulting and deployment solutions to the North American telecommunications market, will now offer Operax’s award winning Resource Controller products to these Service Providers throughout North America looking to protect and enhance service quality and revenues for advanced and innovative services such as IPTV, Video on Demand and VoIP.
