Openet and Promon Announce Partnership in South America

Openet Telecom, a leading provider of active mediation, charging and rating solutions, has announced a partnership with Promon, the largest network integration company in Brazil by the International Data Group (IDG), for the distribution of Openet’s revenue generating solutions to wireless, wireline, and cable operators in Central and Latin America.
