NTG Clarity Networks Announces Second Quarter 2006 Results

NTG Clarity Networks Inc., (TSX VENTURE: NCI) the supplier of NTS, a world leading OSS (operation support system) product that enables telecom and network operators to manage their networks and assets, reduce time to market for new products and increase profitability, has recently announced second quarter 2006 revenues of $1,412,036, a decrease of four percent from the same period last year (All amounts are reported in Canadian dollars).

The Company continued on its profitable path by reporting a net income for the three months ended June 30, 2006 of $72,772 compared to a net income of $74,948 for the comparable period last year.

“We continue to focus on the delivery of our stellar NTS product and the associated consulting services and training to implement the product. This contributed significantly to our income in 2005 and we are optimistic about the success of our product in 2006,” said Mr. Ashraf Zaghloul, CEO and Chairman of the Board of NTG Clarity, “As we look ahead, we are intent on increasing our market share in the telecom sector, expanding the software solutions, security and wireless areas of the business, and making further progress in the international marketplace.”
