Siamak Sarbaz, CEO, President & Founder of Mycom said “Taiwan’s eco-system of technical advances in new innovative technology and manufacturing together with its government vision of bringing the country into a software design and research hub in Asia, is what convinced us that our R&D centre would thrive here. This together with governmental support promises a new era in the software industry for leading technological Taiwanese companies who are willing to cooperate with innovative companies such as Mycom. The opening of our R&D facility in Taiwan was a decision we made having considered other locations for software industry giants, yet we based it on the significant commitment of Governmental vision towards this achievable goal, and we are happy to have made the decision which demonstrates Mycom’s strong commitment to collaborate with the Taiwanese government, industry, universities and research organizations”

Sarbaz went on to say “I would like to personally thank the Minister, Dr. Yiin of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) for his vision to lead Taiwan towards a leading software economy, as well as Dr Duh, Director General of the Department of Industrial Technology (DoIT) and his dedicated team of professionals at the DoIT in supporting Mycom’s software R&D facility in Taiwan whose achievement we are celebrating in this arena.
