cVidya Networks, a global leader of Revenue Assurance and Dealer Management Systems, has recently announced that MTNs South African operating unit, one of the largest wireless carriers in South Africa, has selected cVidya Networks with HP South Africa as system integrator to provide a full Revenue Assurance solution.

This agreement follows a successful RFP evaluation and an extensive technical proof of concept, which demonstrated the technical and deployment capabilities of cVidyas Revenue Assurance products. cVidya was selected for its functionally-rich product set, leadership in setting and implementing industry standards, as well as its track record for successful delivery.

MTN selected cVidya to further enhance and automate its existing Revenue Assurance capabilities, stated Nadia Ali, the General Finance: Business Finance and Assurance at MTN. The cVidya solution and our deployment approach will provide the level of assurance and flexibility required by MTN in achieving a robust, yet cost-effective solution to meet our existing and ongoing business needs.

cVidya will supply MTN with a comprehensive end-to-end solution. The deployment will incorporate the entire range of cVidyas MoneyMap modules including: MoneyMap/ Configuration Reconciliation, MoneyMap/ Usage Reconciliation, MoneyMap/ Rating and Billing and reconciliation and KPIMap solution, commented Alon Aginsky, CEO at cVidya Networks. The breadth and depth of this implementation will deliver a total Revenue Assurance solution to MTN, which reflects the comprehensive and forward-looking approach taken by MTN to address this industry challenge.”

We are delighted to be working with MTN and look forward to enabling MTN to improve its bottom line and efficiency. cVidyas recognized the importance of the African market and we therefore consider MTN to be a strategic project, as cVidyas first Tier 1 project in Africa, added Alon Aginsky. cVidya will play an important role in providing revenue assurance solutions to the African Telecom market.

cVidyas MoneyMap Revenue Assurance Solution enables operators to correlate and consolidate information from all network, operations and business systems. Through an ongoing process, it automatically detects problem areas which impacts profitability as a result of revenue leakage, data inconsistencies or resources that are not being used efficiently.
