Mobile operator’s billing, ordering and customer management processes to be streamlined

Amdocs announced that Mobiltel (M-Tel), the largest mobile provider in Bulgaria, selected products from the Amdocs CES 7.5 portfolio. M-Tel is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the mobilkom austria group, and joins other subsidiaries to deploy Amdocs, including in Austria, Liechtenstein, Slovenia, Serbia, and Macedonia. The Amdocs software will provide M-Tel with a single view of all customer information to reduce time to market for new services and deliver improved customer service for an enhanced customer experience.

M-Tel has licensed a number of pre-integrated billing and customer relationship management (CRM) products to address multi-channel ordering, customer self-service, sales force automation, customer service and support, and billing. M-Tel will also deploy the Amdocs Enterprise Product Catalog to gain a single view of all product definitions to streamline ordering.
