MIND CTI Announces Preliminary Results for Q4 2005 on February 20

MIND CTI Ltd. (NASDAQ: MNDO), a leading provider of convergent end-to-end billing and customer care solutions for VoIP, Mobile, 3G and Triple-play carriers worldwide, will release financial results for its fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2005 on Monday, February 20, 2006, after the market close. Based upon preliminary information, MIND expects to report revenue for the fourth quarter of approximately $4.6 million and operating income close to 20%.

Monica Eisinger, MIND chairperson and chief executive officer, commented: “I am pleased with our achievements in the fourth quarter, our revenue growth of over 15% sequentially and the improved operating income that is close to our target of 20%. The strategic acquisition of Sentori strengthened our presence in the US and in the mobile market, resulting in an increased pipeline. The integration of the two businesses is proceeding according to plan. During the quarter we completed deployments for some existing orders and had some new wins, which we expect to lead to growth in the coming quarters.”
