Miller Heiman Partners with Adivent

9:33 am   -   February 26th, 2009

Adivent (http://www.adivent.com), a sales outsourcing company focused on the telecom and technology markets, has recently announced it has partnered with Miller Heiman to expand Miller Heiman’s delivery capabilities in Switzerland and Italy. Adivent incorporates the Miller Heiman sales performance processes into its core outsourced sales offering and this partnership strengthens and broadens the range of services it can offer customers, especially large corporate entities that have European headquarters located in Switzerland.

“This new partnership allows us to better serve two key markets within Europe, Switzerland and Italy,” said Roger Snow, vice president of international development for Miller Heiman. “Together with Adivent we will help customers within this region to jumpstart sales efforts and develop sales processes that result in increased revenues and a strong competitive advantage.”

Adivent offers a new alternative that streamlines the sales and operations process and allows telecom suppliers to quickly establish a sales presence in Europe, North America and the Middle East – at a fraction of the time and cost it typically takes using traditional methods. Adivent allows firms to closely monitor potential customers and identify new sales opportunities without the unpredictable costs and high risks involved in setting up a local sales force. It provides a complete turnkey service to quickly ramp-up a sales team that has an extensive network of telecom relationships, certified sales skills and a proven track record of success.

“Telecom and technology firms require a disciplined, well-defined sales process to achieve success in today’s increasingly competitive marketplace,” said Gianni Burzi, managing partner for Adivent. “Having used the Miller Heiman sales process during the majority of my career I am very excited to offer these high-value services to our growing customer base.”
