Martin Group Commits to Acquire Enhanced Services Software Assets

Martin Group announced today that it signed a letter of intent to acquire Enhanced Services Software, which enables carriers to offer its customers self care, advanced messaging, new revenue applications, and capabilities with flow-through provisioning from their existing network infrastructure. The software, which is being acquired from CopperCom Acquisition Corp. (Boca Raton, F.L.), includes a number of publically unreleased software products, as well as SwitchMaxx and VoiceMaxx.

Martin Group will leverage the acquired technology in combination with OASIS, Martin Group’s Operation Support System, and OMNIA(tm), its Business Support System, as the foundation for an enhanced services platform enabling communications providers to provide next gen products and services. Subject to closing of the transaction, asset ownership will transfer from CopperCom Acquisition Corp. to Martin Group and Martin Group will begin providing ongoing product support and maintenance in accordance with the contracts of existing SwitchMaxx and VoiceMaxx customers. Closing is anticipated by the end of August 2008.
