McClure, President & CEO for US Internet Industry Association, will deliver the keynote address at Martin Group’s 2009 User Meeting and Technology Conference—Revenue 360—being held September 8-11, 2009 in Austin, Texas.

More critical than the actual build out of the nation’s broadband infrastructure is how communications providers will spur the adoption of broadband among the one-third of Americans who currently are not utilizing the technology.
