Intec Telecom Systems, one of the world’s leading providers of Business Support Systems (BSS) solutions, is the recipient of the ITAG ICT Company of the Year, for Intec’s IT Centre of Excellence based in Galway.

ITAG (Information Technology Association Galway), the premier IT association of Ireland, cited Intec’s track record of excellence across all aspects of its business including product and service development, sales and marketing, implementation and support, market growth and human resource development over the last 12 months. The award also recognised, uniquely amongst the nominees, the Intec team’s ability to live the company’s corporate values of agile, innovative, trustworthy, expert and collaborative.

“We have had an incredibly successful year with our team having been involved with some major implementations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, for market-leading operators,” commented Mike McKnight, VP Global Services for Intec EMEA. “Customers have commented that Intec’s trustworthy team approach, providing considerable consulting advice and assistance, is another example of how we ‘go the extra mile’. This award is a fantastic accolade for the team and the icing on the cake for a very successful year.”
