HickoryTech Corporation Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

HickoryTech Corporation (Nasdaq: HTCO) announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 12 cents per share, payable June 5, 2006 to shareholders of record May 15, 2006. The company has a long history of paying quarterly cash dividends.
