This global deal has the potential of making FTS’ Leapâ„¢ Billing solution available to over half of the world’s top 50 mobile operators, who in turn serve over one billion users worldwide, or one in six of the world’s population.
The joint solution is tightly integrated and enables network, service and payment convergence. The recent release of Version 4.0 of Leap Billing introduced a superior Online Charging Engine which combines highly flexible charging and Business Control capabilities, with the most demanding performance and robustness required from Prepaid IN systems. FTS’ Business Control layer supplements the Online Charging Engine by handling events from a business stand point, not just charging them, hence allowing the service provider to explore new revenue opportunities while increasing customer satisfaction.
