FTS Implements RevChain Billing Solution at Cbeyond

FTS (LSE: FTS), a global provider of billing, CRM and business-control solutions for communications, content and service providers, has announced that Cbeyond, a provider of advanced communications and IT solutions to small businesses, has deployed FTS Leap RevChain v 7.1, an advanced billing, rating and customer-care solution.

In line with Cbeyond s mission to deliver big business communications and IT services to small businesses at prices they can afford, Cbeyond implemented FTS Leap RevChain to enable customers the convenience of receiving a single monthly bill for its comprehensive service bundle which allows customers to share minutes across mobile, toll free, and long distance usage types.
