ESKADENIA Software and Huawei Technologies Signed a Co-operation Agreement

On Monday 5 May 2008, Jordanian ESKADENIA Software and Huawei Technologies announced their co-operation agreement to conclude common business activities for each other’s Telecom and software products in the Middle East and Africa.

The co-operation established between ESKADENIA Software and Huawei Technologies aims at building a business relationship for both parties based on ESKADENIA and Huawei’s products and solutions portfolios and their existing marketing and sales channels. Through this agreement, both parties will help to conclude commercial activities aiming at promoting each other’s products to their clients in the Middle East and Africa. ESKADENIA Software agreed to cooperate specifically in the area of billing software and Telecom IT technology targeting, together with Huawei, telecom operators in the Middle Easter and African markets.

The cooperation agreement was signed at the Jordanian Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MOICT) and was witnessed by the attention of the ICT Minister, His Excellency Eng. Basem El Roussan.

“Our vision is to establish Jordan as a focal point for the IT industry in the region, and I believe this agreement between ESKADENIA Software and Huawei takes part in achieving this vision,” said H.E. Basem El Rousan, minister of ICT in Jordan. He added, “We highly recognize the rapid growth taking place in China in all aspects and we are very proud to see leading international Chinese companies signing on partnership with local companies like ESKADENIA, who is growing to be more than just a local company.”
