ESKADENIA deploys advanced Timetable Management System at Al-Bayan School

4:54 pm   -   March 13th, 2009

Al-Bayan School has recently launched the ESKADENIA Timetable Management System; a major and unique module within the e-schooling and school management system, DeniaSchool.

The Timetable system provides Al-Bayan School with an effective maintenance of scheduling and policies. The school system administrators can easily specify the matrix of class timing and rules for automatic web-enabled generations of timetables. Time periods can be allocated to classes and teachers, ensuring clash and error-free schedules, which saves time and effort. In addition, the system generates detailed timetable reports for classes, students, and teachers.

The system is carefully designed with complex algorithms to help the school with the tasks of organising its students’ wide options. It can automatically create timetables and summary timetables for each class, teacher, facility and teacher-cover with the option to print them out; it flexibly works for schools, institutes and universities.

“After implementing the Timetable Management System, we found that it saves time that it is comprehensive and the whole process is now automated and efficient. We are quite satisfied with the results and look forward to further cooperation with ESKADENIA in the near future” said Bushra Abdel Hamid, General Manager at Al-Bayan School.

“DeniaSchool® applications have proven their efficiency in automating the numerous schooling tasks and duties for a large number of reputable schools locally and regionally, and we look forward to future projects with Al-Bayan”, said Doha Abdelkhaleq, Executive Director at ESKADENIA Software.
