eServGlobal Limited announced today that it had secured three new contracts to provide messaging and network management services in the highly active New Zealand telecommunications market. Being a future-proof system, highly scalable to support future subscriber growth, with easily-integrated extra features as required, such as video mail or subscriber self-care, the Mailis Suite was selected by this client.
Another client chose to move all of their toll-free applications onto eServGlobal’s
NumberMax, and the Universal Intelligent Peripheral (UIP) satisfies their voice interaction requirements, with context-specific announcements and prompts giving them a more flexible services layer.
An additional client chose to expand and upgrade eServGlobal’s ChargingMax to handle all of their voice and message charging and control on their mobile network. eServGlobal’s deep understanding of client needs has contributed to this long-standing relationship.
