Disney Mobile Selects Convergys and Visage Mobile to Provide MVNO Billing and Professional Services

Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG) with its partner, Visage Mobile, announced today a multi-year agreement to provide outsourced billing and professional services to Disney Mobile. Convergys, a global leader in providing customer care, human resources, and billing services, will provide its Infinys [tm] Rating and Billing software as well as professional and consulting services, including Infinys implementation, maintenance and support, and training services. Visage will provide the service delivery platform.

Disney Mobile is the first nationwide wireless carrier specifically designed for families. Its suite of mobile services will include wireless voice service, exclusive handsets, and a package of features and applications tailored to the unique communication needs of families.
