This solution covers all the aspects of revenue management in content services environment, including issues of multi-party revenue chains and new technologies implemented in a legacy OSS / BSS environment.

The availability of cVidya Networks’ solution enables operators to improve their margins in mobile content services by supporting the added complexity of the business model behind mobile content and the new technologies over which it is delivered. The solution reaches over the boundaries between revenue assurance and CRM by taking into account the effect of QoS on the likelihood of disputes and chargeable revenue for various services. The solution covers the extended liability and revenue chains behind content services, and features cVidya’s new Rating and Billing Verification system to support the variety of bundles and price plans through which this content will be offered to subscribers.
