Customer experience dominates Clarity’s agenda at OSS BSS Summit

Clarity, the leading provider of Unified NGOSS Telecommunications Operational Management solutions today announced a high-profile presence at the Frost & Sullivan 4th Annual OSS BSS Asia-Pacific Summit in Singapore, taking place from 24th – 25th March, 2010.

Clarity has been selected to present a thought-leadership paper on the first day of the summit, entitled “Customer management is just beginning”. Tony Kalcina, Chief Product Officer from Clarity will examine why customer and service-centric operations are the only path to long-term profitability, especially as user device evolution and network technology advances keep customers wanting more.

On day two of the summit, Clarity is also taking part in a panel discussion on “A new generation of service realities”. This roundtable will look at:

• The potential benefits and risks of today’s new service opportunities
